• Vehicle Accident Reporting- Enter and maintain a database for all your vehicle accidents. Choose from a list of your drivers, vehicles, locations, accident types, weather conditions and DOT recording criteria. The Vehicle Accident Report can be used to report to your insurance carrier or internally.
• Photo and Document Management- Create an electronic accident file and upload relevant photos, police reports, driver and witness statements, insurance and legal correspondence, vehicle appraisals and more. Ability to add notes to each photo or document for archival. Easily retrieve photos and documents for download and email attachment.
• Vehicle Accident Diagram Creation– Use our unique built-in diagram program to create accurate and professional illustrations of accident scenes. They’re great tools for training and accident reconstruction for safety meetings. Just drag and drop items from our library of vehicles, road configurations, signs, objects and more. Rotate, edit color, add text, and layer objects to create a truly custom scene. Save the diagram as a single image or create multiple diagrams for one accident to show a sequence of events.
• Accident Cost & Insurance Claim Tracking- Keep track of accident costs and claim mitigation through standardized fields. Track and calculate self and third party damage, rental and towing fees, recovery costs and out of pocket expenses. Enter insurance claim information including, claim numbers, contact information, and incurred and reserve costs. Maintain a contact log of all claim correspondence. Track status of property damage and bodily injury claims.
• Accident Preventability Determinations– Make accident prevention determinations utilizing our unique voting feature and built in National Safety Council Standards of Determining Preventability. Review all accident data including driver interview, witness statements, photos, diagrams, police reports and more. Create a Safety Council Ballot to make preventable, non-preventable and gross negligence determinations. All votes are archived with voting members names and dates.
• Accountability & Driver Point System– Implement Driver accountability using our Driver Point System and assign points to each accident. The point system is customizable and based on accident severity, type and accrued cost. Points are assigned for a rolling 36 months. Use the Driver Safety Scorecard to track accrued points, accident history and to discuss safety record with the driver. Upload the signed Driver Scorecard into the system for archival.
• DOT Recordkeeping– Easily determine which accidents are DOT recordable and generate a current and accurate DOT Accident Register. Stay compliant with FMCSA Regulations Subpart B Part 390.15. Archive previous Registers and run reports based on recordable status by date, vehicle and driver.
• Safety Observations– Maintain a record of Driver Observations including, law enforcement summons, third party call-ins, internal performance reviews and customer complaints. Track date, driver name, vehicle numbers and observation types. Use and customize our Driver Point System to assign points to certain observations and track them on the Driver Scorecard. Add details with corrective action activity and download reports.
• Safety Meeting Builder– Schedule, create and conduct a company Safety Meeting all within our system. Agendas can be created using the automatic statistical yearly comparison of accidents. Add vehicle accident information to determine preventability during the meeting. Review already determined accidents with the applicable driver. Add customize action items and safety topics. Minutes are generated with attendees and notes and then archived in pdf.
• Safety Topic Library– Access our database of eye catching transportation related Safety Topics which are ready for posting or can also be used as talking points during your Safety Meeting. Safety Topics are sorted by category, type and applicable department. Request a customize topic or create your own and upload to the database for future use.
