Record Only Claims are claims without comparative negligence on your company’s part and in which you have not sustained property damage. In these cases we contact the other party and confirm closure. This virtually eliminates any further legal dispute on the claim.
3rd Party Losses
In these claims, the other party or claimant has sustained property damage. We use your driver accident report to determine fault or comparative negligence and negotiate on your behalf with the other party. Our expert staff will settle or arbitrate the claim, keep you fully informed and ensure you have final approval on all settlements.
Subrogation Claims
When your vehicle has sustained property damage and there is comparative negligence, we will develop a thorough strategy to recover your losses. We can review both current and past losses (how far back is dependent on state laws). All fees are on a contingency basis. If we don’t recover, you will not be charged.
