Health and Safety Module

  • Incident Reporting - Create a database of your company’s safety related incidents and designate first aid, near miss, or medically treated criteria. Use our built-in fields to report the incident to your Worker’s Compensation insurance carrier. Keep track of medical visits and automatically calculate Restricted Duty or Loss Time days. Key fields include department, report date, last day worked, incident details and witness information. Use our database of medical facilities, injury types, body parts and more.
  • Investigation Tools- Create an electronic incident file and begin fact-finding by uploading relevant photos, video footage, witness statements, etc. Conduct thorough employee and witness interviews. Enter incident area inspection information and determine found hazards and preliminary incident root cause.
  • Incident Accountability– Implement employee accountability using our Safety Citation Module with the parameters determined by your company. Manage citations by date, employee name and department. Add citations to the safety meeting to determine incident root causes.
  • Root Cause Analysis- Access incident root causes using our database of behavioral and environmental causes, such as unsafe action, poor work practice, gross negligence, poor maintenance etc. Generate reports to illustrate Root Cause trending and assess incident frequency based on department, shifts worked, injury types and date ranges.
  • Insurance Claim Tracking– Enter insurance claim information including claim number, adjuster contact information, status notes and claim costs. Upload correspondence, insurance paperwork, legal documents, WC Board filings, etc. Our “notes feature” allows you to track all incident notes and activity by user name and date. Activity report can be generated in .pdf for easy printing.
  • Risk Management & Loss Run Analysis– Enter all incident costs including, insurance payouts, property damage expenses, medical bill payments, indemnity payments, investigative fees, etc. Generate comprehensive cost reports that can be used for budget meetings, insurance renewals and brokers. Custom financial reports can be generated to assess cost by department, injury type, shift worked and date range.
  • Site Inspections– Perform periodic safety site inspections of your facility(s) using our comprehensive checklist. Determine the severity of each inspection finding. Prioritize findings and assign corrective actions to person or department responsible and choose and expected completion date. Inspection findings can also be added to the Safety Meeting and corrective action completion verification can be documented.
  • Employee Observations– Enter employee safety observations using our checklist of fields that include, date and time of observation, job task assigned, observed activity, observed by, corrective action, etc. Review the observation report with the employee and upload signed report for archival. Observations can be added to Safety Meetings for review.
  • OSHA Recordkeeping– Comply with OSHA regulations recordkeeping requirements. Automatically generate OSHA reports including 300, 300A and 301 Logs. All calculations and OSHA fields are built into the system and documents are retained as per OSHA requirements.
  • Hazard Notifications– Enter all Hazard Notifications and track corrective action activity. Key fields include, reported date, reported by, reported to, hazard identified, injury potential, corrective action, department involved and completion date. Add hazard notifications to the Safety Meeting for review.
  • Safety Meeting Builder– Schedule, create and conduct a company Safety Meetings all within our system. Agendas are created using the automatic statistical yearly comparison of incidents. Compile all recent incidents to be reviewed with supporting documents, photos, investigations, etc. Add customize action items and safety topics. Include recent site inspections, observations, citations and hazard notifications for review. Archive meeting history and print out meeting minutes with attendees and notes in pdf format.
  • Safety Topic Library– Access our database of eye catching workplace safety related topics which are ready for posting or can also be used as talking points during your Safety Meetings. Safety Topics are sorted by category, type and applicable department. Request a customize topic or create your own and upload to the database for future use.
  • Report Generator– Generate reports using our comprehensive reporting features, including but not limited to:
