Create an electronic vehicle file using standardized fields including Year, Make, Model, VIN, Plate Number, Owner Details, etc. and upload Insurance Information, Inspections, Registrations and more.
• Automatic Email Notification- Maintain crucial expiration dates for vehicle registrations, inspections, insurances, and regulatory requirements such as HUT, IFTA, Diesel and more. Receive automatic email notifications for upcoming expirations directly to your inbox.
• Maintenance Records– Log and upload all maintenance records for every vehicle. Schedule and assign maintenance and repairs, track repair status and add activity notes.
• DVIR Manager– Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports can be entered manually and/or uploaded electronically. Keep track of missing or incomplete reports by date, driver and vehicle. Manage Out-of-Service vehicles and archive records.
• Report Generator– Active and inactive equipment reports, expiration reports sorted by most recent upcoming inspection, insurance or registration expiration dates, equipment maintenance report log by date and repair type. Reports can be used to complete MCS-150 and/or Unified Carrier Registrations.
