• Job Description Setup- Create your company’s job position profiles with our customizable job set up feature. Enter your hiring criteria, specific job requirements, primary responsibilities, interview criteria, job application and hiring policy forms. Create your own policy forms or use our library of comprehensive and regulatory compliant policies.
• Standardize Phone Interviews- Perform standardized phone screening of potential candidates that include checklists for minimum requirements, candidate information and interview scheduling.
• Remote Video Interview– Conduct standardized remote video interviews with candidates. View application completion, use highlighting and directional tools to explain job details, present structured interview questions and introduce policies with electronic signature capabilities. Management can monitor video interviews and chat with interviewer for compliance and quality assurance.
• Structured Interview & Scoring- Choose from our comprehensive library of relative interview questions and/or add your own. Weight each question category based on relevance and importance and add minimum requirement questions. Score structured interviews using our unique rating system which enables additional qualified personnel scoring capabilities to ensure impartial candidate processing.
• Background Screening Tracking– Initiate Company and regulatory required pre-employment screenings including, drug & alcohol testing, previous employment history, physical examinations, motor vehicle reports, criminal background screening, etc. Schedule screenings and track results to increase on-boarding time.
• Electronic Policy Signatures– Utilizing an electronic signature pad, our software enables your company to initiate a green, paper-free environment. All candidate and employee paperwork are electronically stored with encrypted electronic signatures that are date and time stamped and archived following regulatory requirements.
