We developed the OJT Module to administer and track the training of new hires, subsequent to Orientation Training. This is the practical training facilitated in the physical work environment and consists of specific job function tasks to which the person will be assigned.
OJT identifies job preparedness and applicable cross training. It uses a rating metric to ensure comprehension, performance standards and training expectations are met.
The OJT software includes Supervisor Observations that enables progress monitoring in:

- Productivity
- Cooperation
- Attendance
- Job knowledge
- Quality
- Adherence to policy
