Safety Director: We are seeking a Safety Professional to manage client safety programs in multiple locations. Responsibilities include facilitating injury and vehicle accident prevention programs, regulatory compliance, safety meetings, incident investigations and risk management.
General Responsibilities:
- Cultivate safe working environments in customer locations
- Establish customer adherence to Safety Plans & Reporting Protocols
- React immediately to reports of injury and vehicle accidents
- Perform Incident Investigations & Root Cause Analysis
- Safety Meeting Preparation and Facilitation
- Communicate effectively with medical providers with treatment plans
- Initiate loss control initiatives
- Perform & manage Safety Training and New Hire Orientation
- Monitor Safety Metrics for customers
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 5- Years Management Experience
- Proficient knowledge of OSHA and/or FMCSR Regulations
- Board Certified in Safety, CSP
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
- Leadership & People Skills
- Ability to Travel 30%
- Valid Driver’s License
- Bilingual Spanish/English Required
