• Self-Assessment Manager - Conduct periodic quality assessments of your facility and grounds. Measure performance against your program documents and regulatory requirements. When used with our Quality Management System, direct links can be made to expectation criteria for the appropriate corrective action necessary to resolve or abate findings. Archive findings, trend improvement, and use our unique feature to categorize findings and identify corrective action resource assignments.
• Corrective Action Assignment- Develop corrective action activity, continuous improvement initiatives and long term corrective action plans relative to all your self-assessment findings. Assign corrective action tasks with an estimated completion date. Verify corrective action completion and generate an activity report in pdf for easy printing and distribution.
• Root Cause Analysis– Determine self-assessment finding root causes using our database of root cause categories, such as policy violation, poor maintenance, security breach, product contamination risk and many more. Generate reports to illustrate root cause trending activity and identify recurrence. The root cause explanation field allows users to describe the specific root cause and the reporting features offer the ability for further analysis.
• Awareness Review Training- Awareness Review Training is a continuous training methodology designed to keep employees current with company policy and procedures. It includes training on tasks relevant to specific job functions. ART is corrective action communication used to mitigate personnel related infractions, process inconsistencies and product deviation incidence. It can be scheduled following an assessment finding or as preventive training to minimize reoccurrence, improve regulatory compliance, and ensure company policy adherence. Choose ART topics using a direct link to the Quality Management System to create a lesson plan. Add trainees, conduct training sessions and create attendance sheets. Use an electronic signature pad or upload the signed training log for archiving and proper record retention. This feature is fully intergraded with our e-Training module which provides lesson plans in a video format.
• Scheduling Tools– Easy to use calendar can schedule and manage pending and incomplete self-assessments, Awareness Review Training sessions and Quality Meetings. Use the calendar to schedule other quality events such as audits, vendor meetings and corporate reviews.
• Quality Meeting Builder– Schedule, create and conduct company Quality Meetings all within our system. Agendas can be created using self-assessments, action items and applicable notes. Use this diverse meeting builder to build agendas for other relative meetings such as, Food Defense Team Meetings, Security Meetings, Crisis Management Team Meetings, etc. Minutes are generated with attendees and notes and then archived in .pdf format.
• Temperature Monitoring– Track temperature deviations of all your continuous temperature monitoring areas. Use our key fields to input temperature control area, temperature expectation, actual temperature, deviation duration, product disposition, date and time. Quantify activity and use our database of root causes such as, equipment malfunction, improper product handling, policy violation and more, to determine corrective actions. Trend data to demonstrate continuous improvement. Our temperature monitoring program can be utilized for storage, inbound, delivery and to track temperature calibration deficiencies.
• Product Recovery Tracking– Improve your ability to accurately and timely locate, segregate and remove identified product from your supply chain. Using your company’s requirements and expectations this system will assist in conducting, tracking and implementing an effective product recovery event. It can also be used to generate a mock event to train and test your recovery systems. Field categories include product information, supplier information, recovery types, inventory tracking, areas affected, customers affected, contact information, duration tracking, cost tracking and product disposition. Trend your events using our database of improvement areas and root cause identifiers.
