ART is a continuous training methodology designed to keep incumbent employees current with company policy and procedures. It includes training on tasks relevant to specific job functions. ART is a corrective action communication process used to mitigate personnel related infractions, process inconsistencies and product deviation incidence.
ART is also used as a refresher training mechanism to enhance an employee’s job performance. Refresher training opportunities include process and/or regulatory changes, improved job or safety performance and findings observed through our Quality Management System.
